“Barrett Zurbruegg moved to Upperville, VA in 2018 and quickly fell at ease with the change of scenery from her hometown of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Despite the relocation away from her beloved ocean, she greatly appreciates the beautiful landscape and culture of the area to now confidently call this home.

Barrett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism & public relations. Initially starting in business for a commercial general contractor, handling project coordination and owner-architect relations, she transitioned to working in the banking industry, specializing in small business commercial construction loans. Barrett’s decision to branch out and become a member of the local real estate community is rooted in her love for property, architecture and interior design. With her knowledge of real estate transactions and construction, she has a unique perspective of the industry and understands the importance of developing strong working relationships throughout the process.
