Maria became a real estate agent in 2011 and has spent her entire adult life involved in the real estate industry. Maria’s husband grew up in the Middleburg area and they have lived in Fauquier and Loudoun County since 1990 at which time her husband formed his custom homebuilding business. Over the last thirty years they have invested in and renovated numerous historic properties and buildings in Middleburg, Purcellville and Winchester. They raised their three grown daughters in Middleburg. Maria has been actively involved in the local community and has a passion for Historic preservation, home renovation, gardening, tennis and painting.

Anne McIntosh and Maria Eldredge formed their real estate partnership in 2015 after being friends for over 40 years. Our mission was, and still is today, to use our experience and combined knowledge to offer clients thorough and accurate information about properties in the local towns, villages and countryside.
