Our Associate Broker has more than 35 years of experience as a practicing real estate attorney, with her area of interest focusing on sales and transfers, leasing and property management, transactional work and title issues. Patti is a member of Greater Piedmont Realtors, Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Virginia State Bar Association-Real Property and Trust and Estates sections, District of Columbia Bar and District of Columbia Bar Association. In her spare time, Patti is a carriage driver, simply for the fun of it. She and her two friendly mares are frequently spotted trotting along Middleburg's scenic roads in her familiar flag-flying carriage. From behind her desk Patti assists the animal rescue world as a force and voice for unwanted horses and donkeys helping equine rescue groups with the mission of repurposing countless lives.
